Forty years across two generations.
Six chapters from 1985 to today — from a Taiwan-made baby walker shipped to Egypt, to a group spanning two companies and four continents.
Origins · Middle East
The founder established SANMAUX INT'L CORP, exporting Taiwan-made baby walkers across the Middle East — Egypt, Yemen, Lebanon, Israel, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia.
SANMAUX INT'L CORP
Africa Begins
A Taiwanese baby walker manufacturer, recognising the founder's English-language capability, introduced an African customer directly. From that one referral, Africa grew into the group's primary market — and remains so today.
Into China
A Middle Eastern customer's bicycle order led to sourcing in mainland China — Zhejiang and Jiangsu first, consolidating in Guangdong. Through a leading manufacturer in Shunde, the family business added South Africa, Cameroon, Ghana, Ukraine, Russia, and Poland to its export reach. Today the China footprint includes a Shanghai office and an exclusive OEM partner in Guangdong.
New Generation · Europe
The second generation founded GASOT INTL CORP, taking over and expanding the family trade. GASOT co-developed one of China's first EN-compliant baby walker lines, debuted at Cologne's Kind + Jugend fair, and the European market opened — UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Norway, Finland, France, Portugal.
Building Our Own
GASOT invested in proprietary tooling at the Guangdong manufacturing partner and brought baby walker production in-house. Trader's reach, maker's control.
The Next Chapter
The family established LCT Global CO., LTD., opening the group into aftermarket trading — and bringing the family trade back to the Middle East, where the journey began.
Two generations, one floor.
From Hong Kong and Dubai under SANMAUX, through the years the name changed hands, to Cologne's Kind + Jugend under GASOT — four decades of meeting buyers face to face.
